  • Acquiring, permitting, and re-leasing a vacant 80-bed Nursing Home in Lowell MA

  • Acquiring and Renovating a 40 key hotel in Springfield, VT

  • Gut-renovating 64 units in Pittsburgh, PA that had been condemned

  • Acquiring, permitting, renovating, and re-leasing a vacant 33-bed Nursing Home in Reading MA

  • Permitting Reed Toy Factory in Leominster, MA for 36 market-rate apartments, which were delivered ($8MM project).

  • Permitting and developing St. James Convent in Salem, MA into 8 luxury apartments ($3.2MM Project), delivered in 2018.

  • Permitting and developing St. James Rectory in Salem, MA into 4 luxury apartments ($2.2MM Project), delivered in 2017.

  • Completing a $4MM renovation of two distressed sites in Fall River, MA (105 units total) into stabilized and cash-flowing apartment complexes, delivered in 2014.

  • Acquisition of Briarwood Falls, a 55+ community in Killingly, CT, where we are building and selling 142 single-family homes at a pace of 15 homes per year ($25MM construction costs).
